Currently exporting shapefiles via WFS (outputFormat="SHAPE-ZIP") is not
possible (Exceptions are thrown) if the source FeatureCollection has a schema
which is not compatible with shapefile datastore/featurestore constraints such
as:
1) the geometry attribute has to be named the_geom
2) the field names have to be shorter than 10 characters
In the attached a patch to ShapeZipOutputFormat, together with a new
RemappingFeatureCollection class (also attached) tries to handle those cases.
A test case is also included.
