Using this URL:

The resultant image URL is:
http://<host>:8080/geoserver/temp/wcs/j2_Wales_landsat_final_268888210567823.outputFormat
While it is a valid .jpg, for some reason the extension is ".outputFormat"
rather than .jpg. This problem didn't occur with the geotiffs and not tested
any other formats.
