Use ISO 8601 dates for nightly build filenames
----------------------------------------------
Key: GEOS-3252
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3252
Project: GeoServer
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Global
Affects Versions: 2.0.x
Reporter: Ben Caradoc-Davies
Assignee: Andrea Aime
Priority: Trivial
Nightly builds have datestamped filenames of the form
geoserver-trunk-070809-war.zip or datestamped folder names of the form
ext-070809. International obviousness of these dates would be enhanced by
putting them in ISO 8601 form, that is 2009-07-08. This is a well-known
unambiguous form. the present representation could by YYMMDD, DDMMYY, or
MMDDYY. The web server puts a date beside the listing, so it is not too hard to
guess what is going on.
The latest build has no datestamp, and so is not affected.
