Friendly redirect page's home icon redirects to wrong URL

Assume running at
http://localhost:8080/geoserver
Normally in the UI, clicking on the GS icon returns to
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/web
However, on the friendly redirect page (the one that shows up if you try to
access a protected resource when not logged in),
clicking on the GS icon redirects to:
http://localhost:8080/
which gives an error.
