GeoServer 1.7.5 was happily serving simple features from a type in a "highp"
namespace prefix, where "highp" maps to a URL namespace. When the namespace was
changed to a URN, the operation succeeded (as did Apply and Save), but WFS was
unable to serve the feature type until GeoServer was restarted.
