Upgraded from 1.7.5 to 1.7.6 - I did this by simply deleting all the contents
of the 75 except the data_dir and replacing with 76. (binary installs both).
I neglected to remember there were a couple of plugins I should also have
downloaded (mysql and pyramids), so when i started geoserver I ended up with
the top-left three green bars no all red.
The bug is that the green part was 87% and the red part 12%. 1% appears to have
been lost to rounding.
