WFS 1.1 output when changing the namespace URI (after restart)

Steps:
1) Change the URL of a workspace (e.g., the tiger one)
2) Try DescribeFeatureType and GetFeature (e.g, poly_landmarks), both seem to
be working fine and using the new URL
3) Stop and restart GeoServer
4) Try again DescribeFeatureType, still works fine, but GetFeature prefixes all
become "null", e.g. "<null:CFCC>D85</null:CFCC>"
Guess: the namespace is changed in the stores while running, but the store
params are not persisted and after a restart they are out of synch?
