In the request described in the attachment, I have successfully (200) set the
'keywords' metadata field on the bugsites resource to "not a list." When I
request the resource again, there is no 'keywords' field in the returned JSON.
It would be nice to have GeoServer validate the keywords field to warn the user
that they have done something wrong.
