Add an option to delete data when deleting configuration

When deleting configuration (for example, a style), data is not deleted (the
sld files, in the case of a style). In case of style, this causes problems if
you want to create a new style with the same name as the style that has been
deleted.
The policy of not deleting data could be maintained by default with an option
like "&purge=true", that would be added to trigger data deletion upon
configuration deletion.
