Have GeoServerLoginPage extend GeoServerBasePage

Currently GeoServerLoginPage does not extend GeoServerBase page and copies a
lot of stuff like css styling, feedback panel, etc... from the parent. The
reason i see for this (unless i am missing something else) is to prevent the
login from appearing at the top of the page. The attached patch makes
GeoServerLogin page a subclass of GeoServerBasePage, and simply makes the login
form inherited from the base class non visible.
