H2 database in GWC prevents proper servlet shutdown in Tomcat

The applicationContext.xml for GWC in 1.7.6 contained a bug, no destroy-method
was defined for the metastore. Jetty does not seem to care, but Tomcat will
wait for the servlet to shut down, which does not happen while the H2 thread
lingers.
This has been fixed for 1.7.7.
