Setting the following file:
ftp://data.massgis.state.ma.us/pub/wave/coq2008_30cm/17879170.sid as a
datastore returns this error:
Could not list layers for this store, an error occurred retrieving them: Unable
to create a valid ImageInputStream for the provided input: \tmp\sid\17879170.sid
gdalinfo returns metdata and the image is viewable in OpenEV. MrSID files from
other sources can be set up as datastores without errors.
