Do you mean the 3rd party jar? If so look at the maven dependency plugin:

http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/

It will copy dependent libs from the local maven repo to your project 
target directory, from there you can zip them up along with the jar for 
the plugin module.
