Prefix parameter is ignored when creating a temp directory with the
IOUtils.createTempDirectory(String prefix) method.
the following line:
File reqTempDir = new File(sysTempDir + File.separator + "wfsshptemp" +
Math.random());
should be changed to:
File reqTempDir = new File(sysTempDir + File.separator + prefix +
Math.random());
