GeoWebCache not able to see layers from GeoServer when Geoserver is not in 8080

When starts tomcat, jetty or jboss with GeoServer in port 8080 GWC runs fine
and get all layers from GeoServer but when starts servers with diferent port
like 8090 GWC cannot get layers from GeoServer.
