Rendering fails for shapefiles when dbf is not opened

Start up GeoServer and preview any of the layers with an SLD which does not
contain any attribittes. Any of the sf layers will do. The exception however is
not reported by org.geotools.data.store.FeatureReaderIterator. Put a breakpoint
at line 61 and you will see it.
