The current download template was designed for the 1.7.x artifacts and is not
working that well for the 2.0 series: the release notes location changed (I
think we are making a release-notes-<version>.txt file now) there are new
plugins (web-security, application schema) and old plugins are gone (the ng
jdbc datastore have taken the place of the "normal" ones).
So the page needs to be worked on a little to be useful for next releases.
