Aligning WCS 1.0.0 to use the GeoTools WCS EMF Bindings and WCS1.0.0 XML
parser, similar to the WCS 1.1.x module.
The common WCS classes will be left to the shared WCS module, while the
specific WCS 1.0.0 protocol ones will be handeld through another brand new
WCS1_0 module. The latter will make use of GeoTools EMF bindingns and XML WCS
parser in order to handle the WCS requests and reponses.
