Hi Justin, Thank's for your advice. It still doesn't work though :( I think it might be because I'm using an older version of cite tests that may not be compatible with the latest code. Can you please send me the most recent cite tests and I'll try again?

Basically the setup instructions do not including building the cite1 component, which results in basically all wfs 1.0 tests failing.
