layer group creation fails due to lack of crs

Start gs with vanilla data directory, create a new layer group with two layers
and either:
a) generate the bounds --> it will lead to a warning on the page about no crs
set
or
b) manualy input some bounds --> on save gwc will omit an error due to lack of
being able to transform an envelope (b/c of no crs)
