Thanks. Are there any documents on how to deploy it within an existing
implementation of geoserver? This way I could begin to play with it and
evaluate where it stands verses our needs.

My interest in an integrated geoserver WPS lies in trying to increase
the performance of our WPS calls. We are currently using 52 North's WPS
server and it is working well. However, for some large geometries and/or
data sets, when the WPS fetches the data from the WFS there is a huge
penalty in converting the features to GML and then back to features
again. What I want to investigate is if the geoserver's WPS module could
capture those WFS calls and execute the WFS module directly rather than
making a HTTP call back to itself. Anyway, thanks for the information. David
