Labelling might fail in very tortuous looping lines
---------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOS-3688
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3688
             Project: GeoServer
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: WMS
            Reporter: Andrea Aime
            Assignee: Andrea Aime
             Fix For: 2.0.1

To get this result it takes a small, tortuous and looping line that is not
actualling a LineRing -> a mountain trail in particular. The decimator should
take into account that a LinearRing might actually end up finishign where it
started, the labeller should try to generalize generously the line to get any
label onto it due to the frequent and sharp angle changes between subsequent
segments.
