Patch for GEOS-3553 has revealed an underlying problem in app-schema, causing
build failure on some platforms. (Only me!)
The attached GeoTools patch causes fail-fast behaviour when duplicate mapping
of feature types is attempted. It reveals that this occurs in both GT ans GS
unit tests for app-schema.
