Actually the WCS 1.1.x module performs incorrect checks for the GT2dGridIn2dCrs
GridTypes, in particular the keys control are wrong and in case we have a
GT2dGridIn3dCrs the origin and offsets are not correctly parsed.

origin = {x y z}
offsets = {scaleX shearX Zx scaleY shearY Zy}
