Just a simple add since maybe I have formulated my query without pointing
out the real question:
Why 3 dots separated digits (2.0.2-SNAPSHOT) in branch 2.0.x against 2 dots
separated digits (2.0-SNAPSHOT) as for all other branches?
The 3 digits way requires that for each new release, you need to increase
the last digit in each pom of the 2.0.x branch whilst the 2 digits way
requires nothing to do.
