Geoserver cannot read database fields with unicode datatypes 'nchar' and
'nvarchar'. Tested in Sql Server 2008 but no other databases. Quick datatype
tests were performed using the 'Reload feature type' link in the Geoserver
layer admin page while changing datatypes with sql queries.
