[Geoserver-devel] missing .PNG from openlayers distribution

Good day all,

I was trying to use an Openlayers popup.framedcloud with data output 
from Geoserver and noted a broken image link and improper display of the 
popup (no white background or balloon leader).  As far as I can tall 
this version of Geoserver isn't shipping with the 
"cloud-popup-relative.png" file in the openlayers/img/ directory.

I copied the PNG from a full distribution of openlayers and it seems to 
have solved the problem.  Shall I submit a bug report to JIRA?
