Key: GEOS-3883
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3883
Project: GeoServer
Issue Type: Bug
Components: WMS
Affects Versions: 2.0.1
Environment: Windows Jetty, Windows Vista64, Java 1.6, GDAL, JAI,
JAI-ImageIO
Reporter: Nicholas Spragg
Assignee: Andrea Aime
Attachments: original.zip, result.zip
The image produced from GeoServer does not match the original.
A subset(using BBox) was requested of a Image stored in GeoServer. The Original
image is in UTM and the reprojected result from GeoServer is in Geographic.
It appears that GeoServer is applying a reproject for each tile block. The
result is that each tile block is slightly warped causing irregular distortions
across the image(See Attached).
