Thanks Andrea for your vote.  Yes, admit that I am not very active for the past 
year in the list since I rely a lot on two (Ben & Rini) very helpful and 
supportive GeoServer developer in the team.  ;-)  Will try to be more proactive 
in the community this coming year.

BTW, just found out recently that I am not able to assign GeoTools jira task to 
anyone.  When creating new task, I can only select "component", thought by 
default it will assign the task to component lead but it doesn't and I am not 
able to edit task submitted by myself as well.

I think Florence discussed this one off list with Jody. We have 
workarounds (lots of isNull) so it is not a blocker. This should also be 
superseded by better null handling in other code (currently in development).
