Hi Fernando, There's a community module I started some time ago intended to aid in translating the GeoServer UI <https://svn.codehaus.org/geoserver/trunk/src/community/translator>
I've a bunch of uncommitted stuff though that still haven't the time to get into good shape. Yet, if you're interested it'd be fantastic to join efforts and polish the module up for general use. The idea behind it is that it collects the translation resources from the classpath and provides a user interface for live translation to any other language, then creates the back the bunch of .properties files for the translated language and zips them up to be sent to the geoserver developers for inclusion. If you're interested I'll be happy to work with you on it?
