I wasted a bit of time sorting out how mvn jetty:run can be made to work:
- jetty plugin needs a change to the settings.xml in order to be found by
modern versions of maven
- documentation asks you to run from web/ directory; this actually needs to be
the web/app directory
- also noticed the profiles section was empty
The attach patch addresses these issues.
