I have noticed that /wfs/canonicalSchemaLocation property is not taken into
account for GetCapabilities WFS requests.
In GetCapabilities statement
(?service=WFS&version=1.1.0&request=GetCapabilities) schema location for
"http://www.opengis.net/wfs"; namespace is still pointing to the local schema
(/schemas/wfs/1.1.0/wfs.xsd) in spite of canonicalSchemaLocation setting is set
to true.
Please find attached the unit test and patch.
