Retyping datastore causes issue surrounding projections

I believe this is a regression since 2.0.2 as this recently came up with the
suite. But when using retyping via name aliasing certain things surrounding
projections fail to work. For one when the native crs of a layer is null
relates in NPE for getFeature, and projection policy ceases to work.
