Multi part response fails when coverage delegate closes output stream

the IMGCoverageResponseDelegate and AscCoverageREsponseDelegate classes both
close the output stream they are given. This seems to fail for wfs 1.1 and the
multi part response... even though it does seem the coverage portion is the
last part to be written. Not to familiar with how multi part responses are
structured.
