Thanks very much, David. I can confirm that they are fixed.
One thing I notice is that our trunk docs are labelled the same as for
the stable branch. Is there a reason for this or is it an oversight?
$ find doc -name conf.py -exec grep "release =" {} \;
release = '2.0-SNAPSHOT'
release = '2.0-SNAPSHOT'
release = '2.0.x'
release = '2.0-SNAPSHOT'
