After turning on Reverse Proxy Filter, the XML responses such as those GML
links in Layer Preview failed to render. I have to remove string
"text/.*,.*xml.*," from compressed-types param of GZIP Compression Filter in
order to get it to work. It appears that r-proxy filter tampered XML GZIP
output stream despite XML mime-type is excluded from r-proxy filter by default.
