Changes in r14729 [GEOS-4107] factored out the use of
DataAccessFinder.getAvailableDataStores() and replaced them with a new
implementation that uses only DataStoreFinder.getAvailableDataStores(). This
results in DataAccesses that are not DataStores being not recognised by the GUI.
