Polygon features at the edge of tiles are not being rendered correctly. This is
using OS MasterMap Topography Layer (sample data can be downloaded from
http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite/products/osmastermap/layers/topography/sample.html)
using both sql views and standard table layers.
