Hi,
I tested GeoServer 2.1-beta1 on Windows XP!
I posted problem and exapmle shp file at:

"Could not parse CQL filter list. Lexical error at line 1, column 1.
Encountered : "\u041d"(1053), after Parsing: ......"
Is it possible to find solution?
