Make the shape-zip output format more traceable:
- allow the admin to customize the resulting zip name
- allow the admin to customize the single shapefile name
- add a file containing a dump of the request (whose name has to be
customizable as well)
Use a single freemarker template, with a property file structure, to specify
and customize all the above.
The current naming scheme should remain unaltered by default
