Error when removing default workspace by name via REST

When removing all the workspace via REST I found myself in the condition to
remove the default workspace (it.geosolutions) by name and I got an error when
trying to persist the change. I have looked into the code and tried to create a
fix for the problem.
IMHO the problem is that we are trying to remove the last workspace which is
also the default and the persister would expect us to indicate a new default.
