Back in September Mauricio added the ability to quote attributes: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3122 I guess this solves the main issue of the discussion we had back in May. The patch to do the switch is also ridicolously simple: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3928 So... shall we go ahead and apply it?
