Add possiblity to automatically publish all WMS layers from cascading WMS server

This patch introduces the option to automatically import all layers/or select
multiple layers from cascading WMS server.
(Which can be very useful when we have to configure lots of layers - 10s or
100s of layers)
Following the same logic as recent SQLView addon for JDBCDataStore:
- when user selects store that is instance of WMSStoreInfo, new link appears
that takes us to page where user can select which layers to mass-import
(This was inspired by powerful GeoSuite Importer module, which does similar
things for vector data sources)
