complex feature not reprojecting if top level feature has no geometry
---------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOS-4300
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-4300
             Project: GeoServer
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Victor Tey
            Assignee: Victor Tey
         Attachments: output.xml, reprojection.patch

If a top level feature doesn't contain geometry, the reprojection is lost since
complex feature is build on top of simple features

I have attached a solution to be fixed in GetFeature to set the
coordinateSystemReproject as long as the reprojection exist in the query. If
there was no geometry
