I had to commit my changes to Geoserver 2.1.x branch in order to fix the build
failure since the branch has a dependency on gt-trunk. The patch was committed
to trunk and was not yet approved for commit to branch 2.1.x but is approved
for commit to trunk. Below is the link to the jira issue with the patch
uploaded.

http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3302

Basically the app-schema team has been looking into improving performance for
app-schema and one of the way we can do that is use xslt to count the number of
features rather count it by doing a build and then building the feature again
during encoding.

The change only affects complex features and the branch 2.1.x has now been
fixed.

We came to a decision to fix the build as priority therefore made the commit.

Thanks :)

Subject: app-schema tests breaking build

Hi all,

The 2.1.x build is broken due to test failures in app-schema. I am not sure of
the cause but I do see some recent changes from Victor.

Any chance one of the app-schema folks can look into it?

-Justin
