The main thing I did here was add the note about specifying the schema.
I find that it takes a long time to create the datastore, and show the
publishable tables if schema is not specified.
Someone trying out Geoserver can think it isn't working.
(Also a couple of little things like using the word 'datastore' in both
headings.)
