Shapefile export from MS SQL layer generates point based shape file

When you create MSSQL line based (and styled) geometry layer and display it in
Layer Preview, it renders correctly, as a line. When you export it using WFS
GeoJSON, it gets its geometric attribute exported as Linestring. However, when
exporting a shapefile, its exported as point layer type. Also GML3.2 export
seems to be invalid although I'm not very familiar with its schema. But
Geometry field if defined in GML 2 and 3.1 export file and empty in GML 3.2
export file.
Files with data exports are attached.
Additionally, codehaus jira seems to be be bugged, i cannot remove wrongly
added attachment ?
