For now it will just be dependencies... pretty much mirroring oracle with a
profile to explicitly enable dependency on the jdbc driver since we can't
redistribute it.

Also the client funding the work has required that a teradata feature called
"query banding" be utilized. Query banding is essentially just setting some
key value pair on a connection or for a single query. The database then uses
this to prioritize particular queries or others. One of the things they want
to pass down is the authenticated user in goeserver if there is one. So I
was thinking i would add something to the module for that as well.
