Yep. I just committed some changes to GeoServer that rely on changes in 
GeoTools, committed at the same time.

If you are only building GeoServer locally, you have to wait until 
OpenGeo geotools-trunk-deploy runs to update the repo with the latest 
GeoTools SNAPSHOT artifacts. It finished at Fri Apr 29 05:50:30 UTC 2011
so you should now be safe to run your GeoServer build. Maven should 
download the updated GeoTools artifacts, and Everything Should Just Work 
(TM).
