When parsing WFS filters, namespaces aren't put in the properties

In the past we successfully added support for including namespace information
in PropertyNames, and for WMS we improved the SLD parser to actually write this
namespace data in to the PropertyNames it creates for the filters.
But in WFS filters are parsed with a different system. What I want to do is to
the same thing here as I did for the SLD parser: automatically include
namespace information in the properties it creates.
